Please read our Silicone Molds Terms & Conditions carefully prior to using the website.

The entire content included in this site, including the text and graphics is the property of Shirley’s Creations. Should you want to use any of the content included in this site please email or phone us for approval. Users may download, view and print content from this site for private and non-commercial purposes only.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove portions from the site from time to time. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates.

Delivery Period:

We make all of our moulds by hand at the time the order is placed. All orders will only be dispatched once the full payment reflects in our bank account. Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date the funds reflect in our bank account and not the date from which your order is placed. Orders exceeding 50 items will be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.

We make use of the Courier Services which means that your parcel will be delivered to physical address provided. You must therefore supply your full physical address and make sure that someone is there all day in order to receive the parcel. Once the order is dispatched, we will send you your parcel Tracking No. on the date of dispatch, via email.

Should the above delivery method not suit you, please enquire telephonically or by email before you place your order online.
Please note that postal deliveries could often be affected or delayed due to activities outside of our control e.g. strike action. In such cases, Shirley’s Creations/Bakers Boutique cannot be held liable for any delay.

Shipping Fees:

The Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the weight of your order. The minimum delivery fee for the Courier is R100, which is for a parcel weighing no more than 1kg. Parcels weighing more than 1kg, will thereafter be calculated at a higher rate according to the weight of the parcel and outlying areas are at a higher cost. Delivery fees include the cost of the packaging as well. We will inform you if there will be additional shipping fees for extra weight or for more expensive fees if you are in an outlying area.

Returns Policy:

Our Silicone Moulds are carefully handcrafted and we have the highest standard of quality control, however, we understand that some defects could occasionally occur. If this happens with your order, we will try our best to resolve the issue by replacing the mould.

We do not accept any returns for any other reason than a defective silicone mould. If you have received a defective Silicone Molds, it has to be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us first telephonically or by email to discuss the issue.

NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
