This glitter from PME is 100% edible, and a great way to add colour and sparkle to your baked goodies! Sprinkle directly onto icings and creams before they set, to create beautiful glitter effects. If adding to a dry surface, paint the required area very lightly with water. The Glitter Flakes can then be added by either sprinkling or dipping onto the moist surface.These glitter flakes are larger than more traditional lustre dusts, but can be easily ground down into smaller flakes. To do this, simply place the flakes into a bowl, and gently grind them using the end of a small rolling pin, or a modelling tool.
